·         Canceling Appointment :

-          I’m sorry, I’m very busy.

-          Sorry, I can’t meet you.

-          Maybe some other time.

·         Changing Appointment :

-          Do you have another time ?

-          Could we change the day for the meeting ?

-          Would you mind if we change the day of the meeting ?
