-          Date/time.

-          Place.

-          Contact person.

-          Announcement may be appeared in newspaper, magazine, public place or other public spaces.

-          Example of announcement are :

Press release in newspaper, booklet, catalog, form or notice that announces a specific opportunity to apply for a grant.

·         Example Writing Announcement:
